Michelle has the knack for making things taste delicious and an eye for making things look great. She joins our team with a business background in accounting, purchasing, advertising sales and marketing. Being detailed oriented and well organized assists her in the daily requirements needed to run the deli smoothly.
Growing up in nearby Carmichael, at an early age she had a passion for the culinary art. Taking notes and cooking just like her grandma (sorry no measuring allowed) she was quickly recreating recipes in her own kitchen. With a passion for creating a visionary piece of art with food, she believes that customer service must be a priority for the full experience. What is her secret? “It’s simple” she states, “A warm, friendly smile says a thousands words and I welcome each individual as I like to be welcomed when I am on the other side of the counter.”
When Michelle is not zipping around the deli (and yes, we mean zipping) she enjoys her much deserved down time with her husband Mark, son Michael and daughter Avery. What does she enjoy to do? Any thing outdoors, finding the perfect bargain, cooking and catching up on all of her favorite Food Network shows.....of course.
